1. What we use
| Name | Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
buyerstate-privacy-preferences-v1 | First-party local storage | Remembers whether you allow optional sample-form draft saving. This is necessary to remember your privacy choice. | Up to 180 days |
buyerstate-sample-report-draft-v1 | First-party local storage | Saves a sample-report form draft on this device when you choose to allow it. | Up to 30 days, or until submission or withdrawal |
Local storage stays in your browser. The optional draft is not sent to BuyerState until you submit the form.
2. Your choice
Optional draft storage is off until you make a choice. You can allow it, refuse it, or change your mind later. Refusing does not stop you using the form.
Change privacy choices3. Essential infrastructure
Our hosting and security providers may process technical request data, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website. The site also loads fonts and animation libraries from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. Those providers may receive technical request information when your browser requests those assets. This is explained further in our privacy notice.
4. Browser controls
You can remove stored information through your browser settings. Blocking all browser storage may prevent privacy preferences or form drafts from being remembered.
5. Changes and contact
We will update this notice before introducing materially different storage, analytics or advertising technologies. Questions can be sent to jay@buyerstate.app.
